Found it on Windows. 
. Ran ´mnemosyne-webserver.exe´
. typed IP in browser chrome
. Got web-version of card. Neat!
. And, voila: Can do my learning in Browser on Windows

Unable to reach it from other device though. Tried from IMac and Android 
phone. Browser says (translated from Norwegian; "Sorry, cannot connet to 
(IP-adr)"
. Firewall-issue perhaps?

(this is not terribly important Peter, but I would of course love to be 
more device independent)
