It's SM2, actually, but I'm not sure SM11 is a much better scheduler than SM2.

The easiest option would be to clone several card types from Vocabulary, e.g. MSA, Egyptian, etc... and then you can colour each of them as you want.
And is there an app (I have an iPhone) to synch with the desktop version for studying on the go?
An off-line mobile client is on the todo list, but meanwhile you can do your mobile reviews in a browser. Just start the bundled 'mnemosyne-webserver' application, which will tell you where to point your browser. Sound support for webserver reviews is still a bit shaky, though.
