Under Windows, it should be in the Mnemosyne group you can access through the start menu.

Linux and probably also OSX type 'mnemosyne-webserver'

In a future version, this will be integrated with the main program, though.

Where do I find the "bundled 'mnemosyne-webserver' application"?

You're welcome :-) For Mnemosyne, we really try to focus on an elegant
and easy-to-use workflow, without sacrificing flexibility.

It's SM2, actually, but I'm not sure SM11 is a much better scheduler
    than SM2.

The easiest option would be to clone several card types from
    Vocabulary,
e.g. MSA, Egyptian, etc... and then you can colour each of them as
    you want.

An off-line mobile client is on the todo list, but meanwhile you can do
your mobile reviews in a browser. Just start the bundled
'mnemosyne-webserver' application, which will tell you where to point
your browser. Sound support for webserver reviews is still a bit shaky,
    though.
