That is not a problem with mnemosyne, rather it is in the way your dictionary is made. When copying the microphone like that, it normally doesn't copy the sound but the text or the picture selected. Getting the sound may not be easy. The easiest way may be to try to get the sound is by recording while its playing on your computer.
