I see now that I may have misunderstood you as you apparently are trying to get the word from google and not from a dictionary program. As Peter explained the process for saving the file may be a bit different for all browsers. What browser are you using?
Say you have this link to a word in the dictionary: https://ssl.gstatic.com/dictionary/static/sounds/de/0/supercalifragilisticexpialidocious.mp3 Right click on the link, then there should be menu appearing that says something like 'Save target as...'
