I have been working with Mnemosyne version 2 for the past two days and
everything is working fine. Peter asked whether i followed the complete
instructions in the "other thread." I don't know where this thread is. My
suggestion is to show a link in the Download area to any issues one might
encounter when upgrading, such as the necessity to uninstall the old
version of Mnemosyne, and also what to expect. Since there were no comments
showing, i just hit Download and then experienced a bit of a panic attack
when i ran into problems (to be cautious i had not uninstalled the old
version and that was exactly what was causing the problems).
