Hi,

Create a shortcut of Mnemosyne on your desktop. Right-click it, go to 
'shortcut' and change 'target' to e.g.

"C:\Program Files (x86)\Mnemosyne\mnemosyne.exe -d 
C:\a\directory\where\you\have\write\access"
