I find JIRA more confusing than Trac, even as a coder (at first), but especially from the "green" user perspective.
FWIW, I have had good luck setting up Trac (on linux, at least)-- Subversion + Apache too... I'm down to help-- and you guys can always just set me loose on a VPS or some such, too. How does the jira connector compare to the trac connector, I wonder? If it's super-slicker, that might make me like jira more. :) Eh. Honestly-- it's obvious we need a solid CFML solution, so unless y'all want help, I'm off to write up "shendub", the most awesomest social coding deal you'll ever see.
