Just to make myself clear, Alagad currently hosts MG's trac and svn server.
On this save server we also have trac and svn cfeclipse and a couple other
CF OSS projects. This is one way we contribute to the CF community.

In addition to that, we also have about 30 internal trac and svn sites. We
are not yet at a place where we can move these projects to a different set
of tools like Jira and Confluence. We're working on some internal (closed,
sorry) solutions to replace Trac that meet our specific business needs.
This work won't be done for probably three months or so.

So, if I have to pay to bring up a new service like Assembla, it has to meet
my company needs first and the OSS project needs second. I'm happy to pay
for Trac and SVN for my company and give away resources to OSS projects.
But, until we're done shifting our tools around at Alagad, I'm not willing
to pay to for Alagad's Trac *and* SVN as well as MG's Jira and Confluence
services.

Once Alagad gets off Trac, I'm quite happy to pay for MG to move to Jira and
Confluence.

And yes, I know there are free versions of Jira and Confluence. If this is
*really* the way the group wants to go, we'll work to facilitate the
migration.

Any way to make this more official? Dan, do you want to weigh in with a
decision or open it up for a vote?
