1. Anybody think that epic will ruin MM, at least temporarily? personally
i'm not too optimistic about it--i suspect that being on epic will make
their stuff a little too 'slick', or at least different. not different in an
artistically progressive way--like 'long drive' vs. 'LCS'--but in a more
shady way, like pavement's 'wowee zowee' vs. 'brighten the corners', for
example.
What does everyone else think about this epic thing? Is it even for sure
yet?
2. okay, here's the thing. mr. mp3 ninja, th goodhearted poster of the
mp3s, put those 6 songs from the 'tour' e.p. back up and said they would be
up until monday or tuesday NIGHT. I went online about 2p.m. EST mopnday and
they were gone.
of course i'm not going to ask someone to post them again, because that
would just be mean.
however i would be interested in trading for them--in tape, cd, or mp3
format.
i have some MM boots (most of which you all probably have), some psuedo-rare
eric's trip & boyracer, a copy of the latest pavement cd-rom, a bunch of
older detroit space rock, and a lot of other misc. crap. Can somebody hook
it up?
