only function of that song is to wear a nice suit to some pseudo 'art fag'
club (read: people who dress like mods but don't know what mod is/was/will
be) and get drunk, then convince the dj to play some good stuff; and have
the girls notice you...
as far as what I think they should play at 'britpop' nights, creation,
etc.. would be more suited...
the britpop night here on saturdays havs changed a little, as my friend has
convinced the dj to move past belle & sebastian (who btw suck, except for
'legal man.' you play that and no one even knows it's them....) and play a
mix of 'new' britpop, then 'british invasion,' or as we have now coined
'classic britpop'
