I just attempted to upgrade from apache_1.0.3a.ssl to apache_1.3.3
with mod_ssl-2.0.14-1.3.3. It works fine with html files, but a
post to a cgi script never gets a response from the server. After I
retry three times, by interrupting the transfer and resubmitting,
it begins to work, and works every time. I have `MinSpareServers 2',
`MaxSpareServers 4', and `StartServers 2', so this could be related
to the number of servers. This is with Netscape Navigator as the
client over a PPP link. When I tested it with lynx on ethernet,
it didn't hang. I had to revert to apache_1.0.3a.ssl until this
problem is resolved.
