Hi,
I've configured a server with mod_perl, mod_ssl, OpenSSL and PHP3.
This server has one IP-address and runs with Name-based virtual hosts (only for the
port 80 based)
I've configured the SSL part after the book, but it doesn't seem to work...
I get log entries in the access file of the virtual ssl server, i get no error log
entries in the error log file of the virtual ssl server
I get the following log entries in the global error log file:
[Sun Sep 12 14:37:41 1999] [notice] child pid 17102 exit signal Segmentation fault (11)
These log entries occur, when I try to get on the https part of the webserver.
Netscape tells me, that some Network error occured. Reason: Connection refused.
The Certificate is correctly transmitted before any error messages occur...
The following versions are on my apache:
Apache/1.3.9 (Unix) mod_perl/1.21 PHP/3.0.12 mod_ssl/2.4.2 OpenSSL/0.9.3a
I've had the same problem on earlier versions/combinations of Apache, mod_perl, PHP,
mod_ssl and OpenSSL.
The rest of the webserver runs without no problem at all !!!!!!!!!
