Hi,

Do you have specific hardware and browser version information that
goes with the screenshots? That may help you reproduce the problem.
Perhaps the date and time of their errors could also help determine a
problem if you could add some type of debugging logs into the code.

I realise that screenshots may be coming from well meaning clients,
and that it may be asking them too much for all that stuff.

Blair.

I've recently upgraded to mod_ssl on RedHat 7. I ran it on
6.2 with no problem.

I'm using Apache 1.3.14 and mod_ssl 2.7.1

The problem I'm having now is that some people are having
problems connecting to the SSL port. In internet explorer
they'll get a message that say's:

"An error occurred in the secure channel support"

In Netscape the encryption will fail, but they'll still be
able to view the page.

The biggest problem is that no errors are showing up in the
logs, and the problem doesn't happen for everyone. In fact,
I can't make it happen at all with any of the browsers I've
tried. But I have a significant number of screen shots with
the error message being displayed.

Has anyone else run into this problem? Does anyone have any
advice for me?
