* This is the modus mailing list * There is always the possibility of false positives. With the quarantine, the customer has the option and ability to check their quarantined email and to release it. If you delete an email that causes the customer damage because they didn't receive it and they never had the option to release it from a quarantine you can and may be sued and if you are sued you will lose.

Seems like a large amount of hard drive space and database load for very little reason. We never announced the quarantine functionality to our users and set them all to Delete messages by default. A few users have changed to quarantine on their own over the past year, but not many. I'm almost thinking about getting rid of the quarantine altogether. I never really "got it" when it came to the quarantine. Am I missing something big?
