[Modus] Trouble with Quarantine reports

Since V3?  One click release has been out since V2.1 but once you release the message it will confirm the release and then ask you if you want to add the user to your white list (or blacklist if you choose to delete).  I'll check the asp.net settings and update.  This is the first time I have actually worked with the reports.   Thanks  ----- Original Message ----- From: Mako Internet To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, November 05, 2003 11:54 AM Subject: [Modus] Trouble with Quarantine reports wait, you can add someone into your whitelist through the report?  Where and how?   As for this problem make sure the ASP.NET name and password are correct in the machine.config file in the microsoft ASP.net folder.  Double check that you can log into the modusadmin page.  Did you ever reinstall IIS after you installed modus?  If you did modusweb has to be installed after IIS is already on the computer.  Also double check the event logs on the server. ----- Original Message ----- From: Steve Weaver To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Wednesday, November 05, 2003 8:21 AM Subject: [Modus] Trouble with Quarantine reports I am working on setting up Quarantine reports on our secondary server and I have it set so that they go out and all, but I am having problems with the one click release and one click delete.  When you go to release an email, it is coming back with 'There was a problem, please contact the system administrator.'.  Same thing happens when you "click here" to add the address to the whitelist.  When you go to delete the message the same thing happens but this time it adds 'Error code: 800503EE' at the end.  Any clues what I may be missing here?   Thanks,   Steve
