[Modus] Trouble with Quarantine reports

I am working on setting up Quarantine reports on our secondary server and I have it set so that they go out and all, but I am having problems with the one click release and one click delete.  When you go to release an email, it is coming back with 'There was a problem, please contact the system administrator.'.  Same thing happens when you "click here" to add the address to the whitelist.  When you go to delete the message the same thing happens but this time it adds 'Error code: 800503EE' at the end.  Any clues what I may be missing here?   Thanks,   Steve
