Just comment out the sections you don't want to appear in the webadmin/root/private/mailbox.ascx file. If you don't want the heading link at all, then find it in /webmail/asproot/settings.asp. The mailbox.ascx isn't quite in the order you would expect, but everything is pretty nicely grouped.
