It's possible to make many change to the asproot\templates\Login.asp for exemple one of my login.asp page at :
http://www.ename.lu
Before any change, be sure you make a backup of the original file.

Another thing I want to do is make all of the fields that are not supposed
to be edited by the customer hidden rather than locked. has anyone else
already tried this. It seems there was some discussion of this a few weeks
back.
