I've been looking at this ability carefully. 

It is not easy to do using the existing ASP code base, it is too much
like Spaghetti Code. I am however mapping out a .Net implementation off
web mail. I will be swinging some things past Michael a bit later as I
can see several issues that would need to be tamed first.

Another thing I want to do is make all of the fields that are not
supposed
to be edited by the customer hidden rather than locked. has anyone else
already tried this. It seems there was some discussion of this a few
weeks
back.
