Since when does a customer know what they
have installed or not; better yet, when has a customer ever told they TRUTH about what they have installed. LOL No matter what, it is YOUR
(meaning our – as ISPs) fault!
OK, my rant is over…FOR NOW! The only time I have seen this behavior is
when a pop up blocker was in place.
-----Original Message----- I
have a couple of customers who are complaining of issues with the WebMail
Interface. Customer
1 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they don’t
get a new window to compose a message. Customer
2 says that when they click on the “compose” link, they get a new
window but it is a second version of the original WebMail window. I’m
unable to duplicate either of these situations on any machine here.
I’ve questioned both regarding “pop-up blockers” and was told
they did not have any installed. Has anyone experienced this or have any
ideas what to look for? Thanks
in advance! |
