[Modus] 405 error

I gave the aspnet and iusr accts full control of \winnt\microsoft.net and ...\framework. Still no good. Every other page in webmail works fine - just the one I need so the 60 employees leaving for an 8 day trip tomorrow can put up a vacation message. I looked at the properties for that asp file and there was nothing restricting access.
