Those errors indicate that the IP Address 68.212.67.181 is not allowed to send email through the server. If this customer is on a static IP Address you should add it to the ‘Accept mail for relay from these hosts’ list found under Security -> Mail Realy. If the customer is assigned a Dynamic address then you may need to add the entire pool of addresses or enable SMTP Auth.   ----- Ways to Relieve Stress #10.
