No, I am on the same network as the mail server. You get the error once, click on send and the message goes right out?

I was just going to contact Vircom about that today. I have had customer complaints about this since our upgrade to Modus 3. Just this morning it happened to me. You get the error. But then next time you send, the email goes out no problem...
