[Modus] Complaints of lost mail

Has anyone who upgraded to Modus 3 received any complaints of lost email? We have had 3 difference customers call us in the last few days saying their not getting all their email. I think it's just shell shock from the reduction in spam but wanted to cover the possibility.       Gary
