Gary,   We had the same thing here.  Its was a while back but when we first put Modus 3 live we received calls from people asking about their email.  After explanation they decided that it was just that they weren't used to seeing no spam and they only knew they weren't getting as much email.  When they took a look at what they were receiving they realized that the only thing that seemed to be missing was the junk.
