The cases where this has come up were related to
mail the customer released from quarantine and didn't see it arrive in their
mailbox. The problem is when it is released it comes out with the original
received date and time and is placed in the inbox accordingly. If the user is
sorting the inbox by date and time and has a lot of mail, the new message is
inserted a ways back in their listing and they call asking where it went. You
might investigate if this is the source of the complaint. Once our techs knew to
tell the customers to go back looking for the messages the issue became
tolerable. I still wish the program rewrote the header so that it arrived in the
mailbox as the most recent message though.
