Has anyone who upgraded to Modus 3 received any complaints of lost email? We have had 3 difference customers call us in the last few days saying their not getting all their email. I think it's just shell shock from the reduction in spam but wanted to cover the possibility.

We have, but they have either been messages in their quarantine as false positives (we have seen as many false positives with V3 as we did with V2.1 if not more) OR the messages have been delayed (for some reason). We have had a couple of complaints that mail isn't making it into our mail server in a timely manner. Example, message taking 24-36 hours to be accepted by our mail server. Looking at the logs, we don't show any connection attempts from the mail server sending the message. In looking at the message that eventually made it here, it does look like it was sent 24-36 ours earlier from the users mail client, but can't tell if their mail server actually tried to send it to our mail server in a timely manner. No real way to tell if this is really a problem or not. Other messages seem to make it in fine within seconds. Watching this one closely to see if we can see any sort of pattern or not.
