Good idea.  I’ll have to do this for him because we used a non-standard IMAP port to prevent users from actually using IMAP (we want them to use POP3 and webmail on a temporary basis, and for adjusting their settings), but that’s not an issue.

 

I did notice he has some weird looking stuff in some folders.  The files are “subscrib.imp.username”, and when I try to open one of these (the “save” folder) in IMAP, I get an error “Your IMAP server wishes to alert you to the following: SELECT failed to open save (error code=2)”.  Any ideas?

If your webmail uses imap, just go into imap and move the messages back to the inbox. If your webmail uses pop3 ….. well, your screwed as far as I know.

I have a customer who has created a folder on their webmail and moved messages from their inbox into the newly created folders, now that they have fixed their computer they want to download these messages to their Outlook Express.  Is there any way to do this?
