Being a relatively small ISP I choose my clientel at a pricepoint that I feel is worth my time. My margins are typically better than industry standard. I recently had an opportunity to provide mail service to a fairly large NJ city for public access by citizens of that city. Basically they want a hotmail type service for its citizens. How do you typically price your mail services? By number of users? I quoted what I thought was a good price for 400 a month for a custom mail service with up to 3000 accounts.
