In which case, please accept my apologies.

Mind you, the logical thinker has to ask, why do they feel a verb with a clumsy, artificial, past participle is necessary? The English version is much more elegant. A bit like Morgans, really.

I am an American and copyrighted is in common usage as an adjective. Even the US Patent Office uses the term.
