If you prefer the narrower body of the 4/4, but the exra torque of the 2 litre engine, go for a 4/4 Anniversary. You then get both!

I'm going to take your advice and join my local area group before making a decision - BTW I live in Maidstone, Kent. I have a budget of circa £40k [give or take a couple of thousand - but don't tell my wife!!] and am probably going to opt for a new car, which probably puts me in the 4/4 or Plus 4 category. I had a test drive at the Brands Hatch Morgan Garage on Friday and loved the narrow look [which seemed to be very traditional] and free revving engine of the 4/4 - it really put a smile on my face!! Having said that, the Plus 4 seemed to have a lot more punch....so may be a better touring option. Anyway, your advice has given me a lot to think about - and I'm going to make myself enjoy the choosing process!! Thanks a lot.
