Hi Terry,
BHM will look after you! Both my Mogs came from there and they are a super
crowd. On one occasion I was trying to locate a fault in my +8: I was tinkering
with it under the bonnet here in Aboyne while Keith was on the other end of the
phone, 600 miles away, giving me instructions. He could see it all in his
mind's eye and directed me unerringly to the fault, which was fixed in minutes.
That turned out to be corroded connections on a multiplug in the engine
management system.

On another occasion I was in France and had two problems with the 4/4 (brake
trouble and a collapsing driver's seat). I phoned them up from the middle of
France : they arranged to fix the car for us on our journey home while we
waited, despite being incredibly busy. I sat in the car, following Keith's
instructions while it was up on the lift, while Keith was underneath fixing it!

Cheers,
One very happy BHM customer,
Owen.

please….New Morgan

  Hi Everyone,

Just got home from work and am overwhelmed with all our views and advice -
thank you all very much!!

I'm going to take your advice and join my local area group before making a
decision - BTW I live in Maidstone, Kent.

I have a budget of circa £40k [give or take a couple of thousand - but don't
tell my wife!!] and am probably going to opt for a new car, which probably puts
me in the 4/4 or Plus 4 category.

I had a test drive at the Brands Hatch Morgan Garage on Friday and loved the
narrow look [which seemed to be very traditional] and free revving engine of
the 4/4 - it really put a smile on my face!!

Having said that, the Plus 4 seemed to have a lot more punch....so may be a
better touring option.

Anyway, your advice has given me a lot to think about - and I'm going to make
myself enjoy the choosing process!!

  Thanks a lot.

  Terry
