Thanks for that breakdown.  Let me run it back to you and make sure I'm
clear on what you're saying.

It looks like I should be fine if my client purchases an Enterprise license
from Apple and my company purchases an Enterprise license from Xamarin. 
That way I can compile apps that are signed with my client's license for
them to distribute within their organization.  After that, if they decide to
walk away from the arrangement, I can take my MonoTouch license and build
apps for other clients and use either App Store or Enterprise distribution
based on whatever license the new clients have with Apple.

Here is how I understand this based on my MonoTouch license and Apple
License (not including student/trial/ad-hoc, etc. with which I'm not
concerned at the moment)

MT Pro + Apple Pro = App Store Only
MT Enterprise + Apple Pro = App Store Only

MT Enterprise + Apple Enterprise = Enterprise Only
MT Pro + Apple Enterprise = Not allowed

Am I understanding you correctly?
