Yes of course, but I didn’t want to go into that much detail in that single 
post.

I use WebKit nightly as my development browser.
It has the best Web Inspector and tight OS integration (



command-e).

I then test each minor revision across all target browsers (IE6,7,8&9, Chrome, 
Firefox 3.5, latest beta).
Then I test each major revision in all the other supported platforms.
Those change depending on the project. MooTools itself gets tested in Safari 2, 
old versions of FireFox, etc…
