Well, I think sometimes you just gotta take the differences between browsers and versions and work with it. I mean, how much can really go wrong that everything is so horribly wrong or off that's it's totally a non-working site or web-app? Maybe the design is too tight, that things break when it's one pixel off, but than maybe the design is wrong. The client is paying for every fix anyway.
