I think Mootools is more like ExtJS and less like jQuery. Do we really need designers that want to do quick effects very easy. Mootools isn´t very easy. It´s somewhere between jQuery and ExtJS I think. So in my opinion designers, who try mootools, will tell it´s bad, difficult, just don´t work very well.
