I hate to say it, but this is precisely what we don't want. MooTools is an advanced programming framework for JavaScript. It is not something that even tries to be accessible to non-programmers. If you work hard to make it easy for non-technical designers and others to use, you'll just flood our forums and lighthouse with people complaining that they can't get it to work. This is one of the problems we had early on in the old forums. MooTools has found its stride and it's got a terrific community. I'm really quite happy to have jQuery helping people get into JavaScript. If they get good enough they'll start looking for something better when they hit jQuery's limitations (namely that they limit their scope to the DOM). That's when they're ripe for our framework. But getting them before that is asking for trouble.
As a side note, this is a public, user filled forum where we discuss MooTools. In general, you should attempt to avoid the casting of dispersions upon any group of people. Saying that webmasters and designers are technically inept is precisely how to NOT welcome them to our community.
