Tom is spot on. While many other (if not all) flaws/defects/damage to a
poster can be treated by a restorer, once it's faded and lost something
that was there completely, it requires a major repaint job.

And who in their right minds would want that?

defects of a movie poster. No amount of work by a professional
restorer could ever bring color back to a faded poster IMHO. I can't
get UV plex for my large French posters so they stay completely out of
the sunlight.
