When i first started using ebay 7/8 years ago, feedback was given by a seller when payment was received. Nowadays, sellers RESPOND ONLY to feedback. I take this approach, also (and have 100% positives on 2 accounts of buying and selling). It may not be fair, but you do not succumb to buyers' blackmail.
Feedback rules have to be changed. One change must include an item's cost. Why should feedback for a two dollar item count the same as an original CASABLANCA?
The most ludicrous scenario is a deadbeat non-payer giving negative feedback to a seller who merely states, "Buyer Never Paid."
I am waiting for a month now for 2 packages (not posters) from 2 different sellers from france. I paid airmail. I will only get feedback from them when i say how wonderful they are.
