Depends on cardstock thickness.
If they are thing enough then can be CAREFULLY rolled in a large
diameter tube (extra tough carboard or PVC, none of those post office
triangulat boxes). Of course roll, it, bag it and make sure there is
soft padding inside tube to stop it moving backwards and forwards and
causing edge dammage. But it's going to have to be a pretty thin
cardstock and/or a WIDE diameter tube.
Or other otherwise use two pieces of composite board as a sandwich. If
you use thick cardboard instead of composite board make sure that
corrugations in board are crossed. To dissuade PO employees from
bending, then I'd be making the board sandwich at least 3/4" thick and
stamping PLEASE DO NOT BEND all over it.
They are indeed a derriere aching shipping experience.
