I feel the only way to go is with a mailing tube -- and one at least 2 1/2
and 3 inches in diameter so you don't have to roll the card too tightly. which
will obviously tend to crease it. Since you don't need a tube much longer
than 16 inches, probably simply going to the hardware store and buying a length
PVC pipe and cutting it to size (with a hack saw) will be the best approach. You
cut cardboard circles to seal the ends with clear shipping tape and you've got a
safe, relatively lightweight container for shipping rolled windows cards.
