But consider that this policy ENCOURAGES people to make lots of complaints, and that surely also encourages them to leave bad feedback and DSR scores, and all it takes is just a few bad scores to knock most sellers out of the 15% or 5% discounts, so they are likely funding the gift certificates out of the refunds they are not having to give, and they make themselves look like great guys with the buyers at the sellers expense! AND--------a few days ago, i received a $100 purchase credit from paypal. perhaps it was due to my call last month. THIS IS LIKE THE EMPEROR'S NEW CLOTHES.
