I understand bruce's point. however, the thrust of my comment was not to suggest that if you complain you get a coupon. that is not why i wrote. it is my Emperor's New Clothes analogy: nearly everyone using paypal (buyers and sellers) don't want to point and say anything. dell computer, which was on of the biggest outsoucers, has now has special support techs/teams in the USA. i remember having to enter long codes into my system when it shut down. imagine unintelligible english? i kept saying WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? WHAT? I now have USA support. dell listened to the business community. (i paid a little extra to dell for it in a weird sort of way.) i merely made my post to encourage MOPOers to voice their opinins about Paypal. what i did not say in my prior post was that both the ebay rep on Friday and paypal rep yesterday said that paypal is considering allowing using to enter their credit card payment option as the default setting. i did say that both acknowledged there have been complaints on the issue. merely complaining on MOPO may serve to warn others of issues of the numerous pitfalls of "paypal new screens", but won't change anything. i had problems, so i called. listening to unintelligible english and indian reps reading manuals in unintelligible english quoting policies was adding salt to the wound. speak up!!!! michael
