I agree....the whole DSR thing is just not working. Sellers everywhere are complaining. The first month we received a 15% credit on our fees with a solid 4.8 in all categories. The next month our shipping cost category sunk to 4.6 so we only got a 5% credit. Just this past month we had a solid 4.9 across all categories so we got the impossible 20% fee discount!!! I'm sure this past month was just a fluke as our shipping cost DSR score is now back at 4.8. I feel like we're in the shipping olympics.
