Hey Andy, Well, there has always been a Final Value Fee. It is based on the amount you sold the item for. Go to Ebay and under the "help" category, look up final value fees and you can see the breakdown. Usually Ebay just bills your account. I have never gotten an email from them on this matter. Are you sure it is from Ebay?
