While Jack used to be a fairly reliable (if slow) seller of material, this is the 5th or 6th complaint I've heard about him over the past year.
Most every one involves the ordering of material which then goes mysteriously missing after the money has been sent, and refunds have been very slow to make their way back to the purchaser.
