Michael, First , if you are buying this for the autograph value I would ask for closeups of the signatures and inspect them for authenticity.  Don;t bid "blindly" on autogaphed pieces. ESPECIALLY on eBay as it is estimated as high as 95% of eBay autograohs are fake..  The UACC and other groups have done studies.
