Just to clarify JR, Delivery confirmation is NOT tracking. The Post Office does not offer tracking except on Express Mail shipments. There is NO tracking service available for domestic Priority Mail.

It costs a buck or so, but for purchases like this I would have expected an ebay Seller with over 6,000 positive feedbacks to provide a tracking number. Perhaps a bit disturbing is the fact that I don't expect an Ebay seller with over 6,000 positive feedbacks to claim their post office doesn't offer tracking. That's odd.
