Everyone (and Rick again)

Hmmm... this getting serious, with Phillip reporting his poster arriving as "left side of poster was crinkled and damaged, as if it was forced into bottom of tube...and lame tube at

And wait a sec... the description said the posters had "never been unfolded or open" so *why* are they being shipped in rolled tubes anyway if that was true? Why not leave them folded and ship in a much-safer box?

Rick, I know you were trying to let us in on a good deal, but how could you have failed to realize that a flimsy shipping tube getting from one side of LA to the other is not the same thing as it getting across the country intact? If you had mentioned the crummy tube at first, when I placed my order with her, I would have given Marci a quick set of instructions on how to go down to the hardware store and spend a couple of bucks on 2-inch PVC pipe, how to cut it, put the poster in it and then put the PVC tube inside the flimsy cardboard tube.

Since she has declined to replace Kevin's damaged posters, I hope you will write her another message and explain that you put your reputation on the line recommend these for her to this list and that she simply must make good on these problems, one way or the other.

As they say, no good deed goes unpunished.

Right now I'm living in suspense until my flimsy shipping tube shows up. She replied that my packaged shipped on Feb 2. At least mine is coming to a PO Box, which will save it one from one last trip on the truck...
